• Guacamole toast with sundried tomato, feta cheese, green sprouts and scrambled eggs
• Burrata salad with arugula, sundried tomato, pesto and pistachio powder
• Royal eggs with smoked salmon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce
• Eggs benedict with marinated bacon
• Huevos rancheros with beans, salsa verde and tortilla chips
• Shakshuka with seasonal vegetables and feta cheese
• Beef burger with goat cheese, candied peppers and honey
• Smoked salmon bikini with cream cheese, arugula and olives
• Txaca toast with poached egg and hollandaise sauce

Every Saturday, Alquimia is transformed into a gastronomic temple guided by the energy of the tarot. In this sensory ritual, a card will determine the dish you need according to your vibration. If you prefer not to follow the destination, you are free to choose from the delicious options on the menu. While you enjoy brunch, you will receive a personalized tarot reading, bringing introspection and magic to your experience. Indulge in dishes like eggs benedict with marinated bacon, shakshuka with seasonal vegetables, or a beef burger with goat cheese and honey. A ritual of flavors, symbols and cosmic synchrony.
