A driverless car has taken a life - and someone must answer for it. The programmer who wrote the code, the passenger who trusted the machine, or the AI that made the call? There is no precedent. There is no roadmap. There is no easy answer.

What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 1 hour.

Are seats numbered?

No — seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select. Zone A has the best view; Zone C may have a partial view.

Can I purchase food and drinks on-site?

Yes — there is a concession bar, bottle shop, and café at the theatre, open before and during the show. There is also an attached restaurant, Osteria Rialto.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes. Please be mindful of others and performers, and avoid using flash.

How do I find my ticket?

No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

No refunds. Exchanges permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, based on availability. Contact us directly with your ticket ID.

Where can I buy tickets?

Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, for free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app, or contact us with your order number.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass. Contact us after purchasing with documentation (DLA, PIP, evidence of sight impairment, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID).

The Royal Cinema Theatre, 608 College St, Toronto, ON M6G 1B4. Indoor, air-conditioned venue.

When should I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the start. No late entry is permitted.

Is there an age requirement?

12+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and requires a ticket.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue, lobby, and theatre areas are accessible. Please note restrooms are on the second floor and not wheelchair accessible — staff can direct you to nearby accessible washrooms.

Is there parking?

Underground and street-level Green P parking is available within a 2-minute walk via Clinton St. The 506 Carlton streetcar stops at Grace and College.

What facilities are at the venue?

Restrooms on-site, cleaned regularly. Air conditioning. No outside food or beverages. No smoking or vaping. Service animals welcome.
